We use shipping companies to distribute goods around New Zealand. All consignments are accompanied by a tracking number to allow you to track the progress of your delivery.
As a default, we will (on your behalf) provide the carrier with an authority to leave the package at the front door if the property is unattended.
For this reason it’s preferable to use a business address or an address that is attended during business hours. You must advise us at the time of order if an “authority to leave” is not acceptable.
Same business day despatch is offered for orders placed before 12pm wherever possible.
Shipping rates are calculated on a flat rate basis via destination location – Auckland region, North Island or South Island.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Urban Performance, 46c Sir William Avenue, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013, New Zealand.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
